Swirly Girls: Grand Central Quilt Panel Pattern

Grand Central Quilt Pattern is the pattern to use with a large scale focus fabric or panel in the center.  The pattern also includes a second pattern, Baby Grand, which makes into a smaller quilt still featuring a large scaled print or panel with a checkboard border.  You can see the two quilt we have made using this pattern.

Fabric requirements for Grand Central: center panel or large scale print (24 1/2" x 42 1/2") eight 1/3 yard lights OR 2 yards of single fabric, 2 1/4 yards of dark (background)
Fabric requirements for Baby Grand: center panel or large scaled print (30 1/2" x 42 1/2") - we used a music wideback in center and on backing -
