Atkinson Designs: Urban Cabin Quilt Pattern

Urban Cabin by Atkinson Designs is another simple - tried and true pattern.  Whether you live in an apartment in the city or a house in the woods, this log cabin variation will add a dash of color to your home.  Make the basic version using your favorite large prints, or choose the strippy version for smaller prints.  Choose prints that contrast with the background. If you are using prepackaged strips or squares, you may need to sort them and eliminate ones that are too close in value to the background. Urban Cabin comes with instructions for 5 sizes: kids 55" x 74", lap 65"x 88", twin 75" x 102", queen 95" X 102", and king 115" x 116".
