In this episode, we aren't really be 'creative' but reminding you of a great treat to kick-off summer! Who doesn't love a root beer float? Wait - what else can you use to make a float? Did you know that Conrad, Iowa is the Black Dirt Capitol of the world? We celebrate each year with Black Dirt Days the second weekend of June. In honor of our upcoming event, we are making Dirt Pudding Cups. Typically vanilla pudding is used - but we changed it up a little bit today as it could really be used with any kind of pudding. (Jami also has used crushed mint oreos and then frozen it for another twist to the recipe)
This is the recipe we used: 1 stick butter, 1 package cream cheese, 1/2 C powdered sugar, 1 package instant cream cheese pudding, 2 C milk, 8 oz container of cool whip, 20 oreos crushed.
