Sharing Quilts with Others

Thank you for helping us make our first-ever Threads of Happiness quilt-giving event a success. Watch the video for a recap of the event with Heidi Kaisand.
Each year, owner Heidi Kaisand does some type of a giving back event in July. In 2024 we chose to ask for nominations to give to people who need quilts. Here are some details about what we've done in 2024:
* Sent nearly 90 quilts to individuals and families.
* Sent quilts to 20 states
* Quilts were sent to those suffering from illness, death. Others lost their homes in tornado or fire. Some are taking care of others.
* The recipients were described as selfless, always having positive attitudes and are a blessing to others.
* The quilts will help them heal, keep them warm and let them know they are loved.
Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.
Proverbs 3:27-29
Go out and help others.
And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.

BONUS Opportunity to Help Others!
Want to help children in need by giving them a quilt? Quilts for Kids has been giving quilts to kids in need for more than 25 years and they need more quilts.
If you can help, we'd love to collect FINISHED quilts (approximately 45x60") to donate to Quilts for Kids. Hen & Chicks Studio will be a drop-off point for collecting quilts and be responsible for getting them to Quilts for Kids.
