In today’s tour, I set the camera up in two areas that are full of texture, creativity, and inspiration—our flannel fabric section and The Whole Country Caboodle display.

Let’s start with flannel… because there’s just something about it that feels like comfort in quilt form. Soft, warm, and perfect for snuggling, flannel quilts are a favorite for gifts, especially for family and friends.

One of the highlights in this section is the Stitcher’s Flannel Picture This Fabric Kit. This kit features fabrics from the Stitcher’s Flannel collection by Riley Blake Designs and is designed to create a 72½" x 87" finished quilt top. The kit includes all the fabric you need for the quilt top and binding, making it a great choice for quilters who want a coordinated, confident finish.

The pattern used for this kit is “Picture This” by Atkinson Designs, found in the Happy Hour book. The pattern is not included in the kit, so you’ll want to grab the book here:

To complete your quilt, you’ll also need backing fabric (5½ yards of 44/45" or 2¾ yards of 108") and batting.
