Fill out the form below and have a chance to win one of four bundles of hand-selected fabrics by Heidi. There will be a bundle of 12 one-yard pieces, a bundle of 12 half-yard pieces and two bundles of 12 fat quarters. Entries must be submitted by October 4 at midnight.
